Platinum offers a comprehensive management and holiday rental service to our clients and their guests.
Our Property Management Service is bespoke, because like our clients their homes are unique. In our ‘Full Management Package’ the service we offer includes;
- Checking of your home during unoccupied periods on a minimum of a weekly basis to air the house & empty dehumidifiers during winter months. Also to ensure nothing untoward has occurred (i.e. leaks etc)
- Paying of Utility & Service Bills
- Providing Maid and Laundry service
- Organising & Monitoring of Gardeners
- Organising & Monitoring of Pool Service
- General Monitoring of the condition of your home & arranging for quotations as & when required
- Postal collection
- Opening & preparing of your home for your arrival & closing up after your departure
- Telephone Helpline open from 8am to 10pm, 7 days week

This type of service is charged according to the size of your home and it’s location. Our charges start €50 per month and rise to a maximum of €120 per month, plus IVA @ 21%.
