As with our Property Management Service, we strive to bring our clients a superior service when it comes to our Holiday Rental Program.
For clients who wish to rent their homes we will be delighted to provide assistance, and can in many ways. Some clients will only wish to let to friends and family; in this scenario we are able to provide the same services as we would if the holiday-makers were sourced by ourselves or tour operators:
- Maid Service ~ we recommend a visit of 1 hour every other day, with a 2 hour changeover after 7days
- Laundry
- Concierge Service ~ booking of restaurants, taxis, cinema & theatre tickets etc
- Welcome Foodpacks
- Car Hire
- Cot, Highchair & Buggy hire
- Babysitting
- Firewood delivery

Where we organise rentals for clients we will credit payments directly to our client’s personal property account, less our charge of 15%. In cases where holiday-makers are sourced by travel operators etc, or, if clients send their own guests we charge 5% of the rental charge.
Our method of key collection for holiday-makers is by way of a key safe that is discreetly installed at the property and each visitor is given a unique code to be able to pick keys on arrival. Upon departure the visitor is asked to leave keys inside the house, generally on the kitchen work surface.
When holiday-makers, other than owners friends and family, are staying at your home we will visit them twice during their stay; once the day after arrival and once again the day before departure. This is introduce ourselves and let the holiday-maker know that if there is anything they need, we are just a phone call away. The purpose of our visit just before they leave to ensure that the house is in good order (maids report on the condition of your home after each visit) and that the visitors have enjoyed their holiday and hopefully wish to return to your home next year!
