Marieanne has looked after my house in Figueira, Vila do Bispo for a year. She has proved to be highly efficient as all of the administration involved from changing from one management service to another including the payment of all bills was carried out smoothly and problem free.

When household articles have inevitably been broken Marieanne has replaced them appropriately in conjunction with the client. She has kept me well informed of any malfunctions and has rectified them immediately.

Marieanne Lechley, Platinum Property Services, has been managing our
apartment all summer, during which time we have had weekly changeovers
practically every Saturday. The apartment has been kept in immaculate

Having had property in Portugal for over 10 years I am aware that management companies can sometimes be erratic in service levels and that choosing the correct one can be a difficult choice to make.
Over the last 3 years we have been building our new house which we intend to make our main home and as such required a management company that would love and cherish it as we do.
Platinum Property Services owned and run by, Marieanne Lechley has proven a good choice for us, weekly checks are done with reports to me on anything that needs attention, maid and laundry service is to a high standard. As I consider myself very fussy and have many special requirements on cleaning certain items with certain products, t his is not a statement I make lightly.
Therefore I have no problem recommending her as a management company who will care for your home as you yourself would.
